Cole is the founder and lead project manager, and Morgan is the co-owner and lead designer. Together, they lead County Line Custom Homes as a husband and wife design-build team—bringing both craftsmanship and creativity to every project. They believe the design of a home is just as important as the build, and their ability to work seamlessly together throughout the entire process is what truly sets them apart.

Born and raised in Texas, Cole and Morgan planted their roots in the Hill Country near Lake Travis, where they’re raising their three boys—Lawson (12), Easton (10), and Tucker (5)—alongside their bulldog, Charli. Known for their work ethic, transparency, and timeless vision, they’re committed to making the homebuilding experience personal, collaborative, and enjoyable from start to finish.

Cole grew up working on his family’s farm and ranch in West Texas—plowing fields, building barns, and learning the value of hard work at a young age. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from the University of North Texas and spent nearly a decade managing high-end commercial projects across the country before launching County Line Custom Homes. Today, he leads each build with integrity and attention to detail, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.

Morgan’s passion for design began while working alongside Cole on their early projects. What started as a creative outlet quickly became a calling. Her style blends elevated simplicity with warmth and intention—where modern elements meet vintage charm and every finish feels personal. Whether it’s collaborating on floor plans, material selections, or overall vision, Morgan brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to each home she helps bring to life.
